Last updated: 1 November 2026. These terms govern use of the ShotSet app and website, provided by Congregate Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use ShotSet.

2. Subscriptions

ShotSet Pro is billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store at ₹99/month or ₹699/year (incl. GST). A 7-day free trial is offered. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account; refunds follow the store’s policy. Pro is tied to your store account, can be restored on a new device at no charge, and may be used on up to 2 devices at a time.

3. Your content

You own the photos you take. We claim no rights over them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. Results depend on device hardware and conditions.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
